FAQ

Q: Do you have a product list and prices of what you have available?

A: Short answer, no.

I can supply most new items found on retail websites.

If you have specific products in mind, even high end options that might be outside your budget, contact me and I'll provide a quote.*

If you don't have a specific product in mind, contact me for a consultation and equipment suggestions.

* NOTE: Not all items can be discounted, but I might be able to get you a higher quality item within your original budget range.

Q: I'll be exhibiting in a school/local government art space, can I qualify for the educational/government discount?

A: No, the school or government agency would need to be the one purchasing the equipment for your exhibit: they would qualify for those specialized discounts. I can provide you with quotes for the equipment with the educational or government discounts, but the organization would need to contact me directly to purchase the items for their institution.

Q: Do you offer warranties or equipment service?

A: At this time, all warranties and service contracts need to be registered through the manufacture or a third-party company.

Q: Where are you based? Will you travel for site visits?

Where do you ship?

A: I'm currently based in Massachusetts.

I will travel for site visits or projects, but the cost of travel and lodging will be added to the consultation fee.

I am currently only selling & shipping within the U.S. If you are outside the U.S., please contact me and I can look into expanding my operations.

Q: What kind of payments do you take?

A: I can take credit cards (3% service fee), ACH, checks, or wire transfers (ask your bank about fees). ACH and checks have no fees but take 5 -7 days to clear.

Q: Do you provide installation services?

A: I can consult on installation plans. If you need help physically installing items, I can recommend AV and technical installation contractors.

Q: Do you have references? What kinds of organizations have you worked with?

A: For my own projects and equipment sales/consulting, I've worked with major US museums, NEA and government funded public art projects, galleries, private and corporate collections, designers, and university/school art galleries, including:
